Moreau Institute of Integral Training (MIIT), is situated in Shillong, the Hill Capital of Meghalaya. The altitude is approximately 1500 meters above sea level. The weather is generally pleasant, with temperature ranging from 12^°C - 28^°C, though winter can be a bit chill (0^°C - 12^°C). Shillong is connected with Guwahati International Airport (125km); and Guwahati Railway station (100kms). The domestic airport situated at Umroi, is about 25kms from the city, and it has regular flights connected with Kolkata, Aizawl, Imphal, Silchar, and Agartala.

Shillong is also nicknamed as the ‘Scotland of the East. It is a home to many indigenous population like Khasi and Garo tribes. MIIT is situated at the heart of Shillong City. The campus is green and fresh. There are 30 individual rooms, one seminar room (40 people seating capacity), a hall (150-200 people), dining room (150 people), a big parking spaces (200 cars), and clean water. It is a walking distance to most of the tourist spots of the city, like Cathedral Church, Parks, restaurants, and Markets.
