Today Religion and Society need leaders with integrity, courage, and imagination. Effective leadership involves character and skills. Some people learn and acquire those skills more naturally than others. But leadership skills can be learned and developed with practice. This module is designed for persons in positions of responsibility. The sessions will also include principles, characteristics, community animation, and goals of moral leadership, eliciting dialogue, and reconciliation.
